Accessibility Information
-
The main entrance has a few small steps, with a portable ramp available. All ground-floor seating, including access to the bar and music venue, is fully accessible.
-
If you’re bringing a personal assistant, we’ll be happy to provide a complimentary ticket. Just drop us an email at info@thecroftbristol.co.uk. Be sure to reach out quickly as capacity is limited and events may sell out.
-
We have one accessible toilet on the ground floor. Please speak to a member of staff or security to access.
-
There are several pay-and-display parking options near the venue (Dove St, Picton St, City Rd), including designated disabled spaces (Arley Hill). The nearest multi-storey car parks are St James Barton (NCP) and Brunswick Square.
-
The closest bus stop is Nine Tree Hill about a 1 minute walk away from the venue. Taxis can drop you directly outside the venue.
-
Please let us know in advance if you need to bring medication, medical equipment, or food/drink for medical reasons to ensure we can accommodate your needs. Email: info@thecroftbristol.co.uk
-
We are a completely dog friendly venue so assistance dogs and other well-behaved dogs are welcome. While assistance dogs are allowed into the event space, not every event will be suitable so please contact us beforehand if you are planning to attend an event with one. We have PA tickets available which may be more appropriate for events if required.
-
Some events may use strobe lighting or effects such as smoke machines. If you have a condition that could be affected, please let us know before purchasing a ticket so we can advise you. Occasionally, artists may bring their own effects without prior notice; if this happens, we’ll inform you as soon as possible and offer a refund if you cannot attend.
-
Staff are happy to assist at the bar if needed.
